Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, across Potcake’s pages, in both light and dark mode.

What we do

• Every page change is checked with automated accessibility testing in light and dark mode before it goes live.
• Pages work with a keyboard, show a visible focus outline, and use real headings, labels and landmarks.
• Text and controls meet WCAG contrast levels, charts and scores are also given as text, and moving content can be paused.
• Pages reflow on small screens and when zoomed, without sideways scrolling except in wide tables.

Known limitations

• Some report content is written with the help of AI and quotes AI assistants word for word, so it may not always use the plainest language.
• The “are you human” check on public forms is provided by Cloudflare. If it gets in your way, email us and we will help directly.
• Downloaded PDFs and Excel files may not be fully accessible to every screen reader. The same information is available on the web pages.
